Michelle, has over 20 years of Talent Acquisition experience. She started her career working with NRI, a premier staffing firm in Washington, DC where she learned to recruit a wide variety of positions from temporary to permanent roles without Monster, Linkedin, or other online tools, just a desk phone and a telephone book..gasp!
From there she joined and manged many elite recruiting teams to include Microstrategy, Kaboom!, Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, Navigant Consulting, FutureStep/Korn Ferry, Securities and Exchange Commission and CoStar Group. She has a specialty in recruiting roles in Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Finance.
